Telling us about your experience with a home insurance claim that involved an expert assessing the loss or damage will help us identify what insurers are doing well and where they can improve.
An external expert could be a builder, roofer, hydrologist or another tradesperson whose expertise is relevant to the nature of the loss or damage.
