The Code Governance Committee (CGC) is developing its monitoring and compliance priorities for the 2024-25 work program.
As indicated in our Consultation Paper, we are interested in hearing our stakeholders’ perspective on issues that may be causing detriment to general insurance customers.
We use stakeholder feedback to inform our Priority Monitoring Framework and our priorities going forward.
The CGC invites formal written submissions or general comments by email.
Submissions and comments should be marked “CGC 2024-25 Monitoring & Compliance Priorities Consultation” and sent to [email protected].
The closing date for submissions is Monday 5 February 2024.
